We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from the official Beatles store. If your order isn't quite right, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the products are in unworn, mint condition.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to the outside of your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, your refund or exchange will be processed within 7-10 business days to your original payment method.
